Youth Minister/Confirmation Director - Holy Family Cathedral, Orange, CA

Holy Family Cathedral in Orange, CA has an opening for a full-time Youth Minister/Confirmation Director.  The Youth Minister/Confirmation Director must be a practicing Catholic and have a commitment to youth with the ability to relate to teens and their families.  The Youth Minister/Confirmation Director must also be able to design and successfully implement religious, catechetical and social youth programs.

The ideal candidate must have knowledge of church structures and cultures, an understanding of faith formation, familiarity with the policies of Holy Family Cathedral parish and knowledge of all diocesan policies and procedures.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Theology or other related field, a minimum of 2-3 years of youth ministry experience or equivalent, preferably in a leadership role and must be proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel and including Social Media.
