Mission Statement:

The Department for Youth and Young Adult Ministries exists to promote catechesis, moral and spiritual formation of youth (13 - 18 yrs.) and young adults (18 - 39 yrs.) in order to empower them to live as disciples of Jesus Christ, to draw them to responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community and to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each person.

NATIONAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN YOUTH STUDIES presented by the Center for Ministry Development will be holding its 2nd year courses at the Diocese of Orange - Rosary High School on Saturday's & Sunday's. Please register as soon as possible for this great opporutnity to receive a "nationally recognized" certificate, be a local diocesan speaker and/or want to better prepared to serve your adolescent community better. **courses are given in english, however translation into SPANISH is available ** Next workshop will be on Justice & Service on May 19-20, 2012.
