SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL EVENTS

RELIGIOUS EDUC ATION CONGRESS:

The annual L.A. Arch Diocese Religious Education Congress held at the Anaheim Convention Center March 23-25, is the largest Catholic Conference in the western U.S.  Nearly 100 workshops to choose from (in English, Spanish or Vietnamese languages) in just about all areas of ministry.  Other activities include various Liturgies and on hand resources provided by Catholic book stores, religious orders, music, media  and much more.  For a list of workshops, presenters and registration click here: www.recongress.org   Note: Some workshops can be credited towards IPM re-certification.  Check with IPM for a list of workshops that apply.

STEPHEN MINISTRY:

Stephen Ministry will be hosting a workshop that will cover the following topics:

1. Ministering to those experiencing grief
2. Introduction to Stephen Ministry
3. How to care in a distinctively Christian way
